These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of IdeaFusion's website, located at https://ideafusion.it.

By accessing this website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use IdeaFusion if you do not agree with all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Products and Fulfillment

IdeaFusion sells original satirical apparel — t-shirts, caps, and mugs — designed by IdeaFusion and produced on a print-on-demand basis through a third-party fulfillment partner, Printful. Each item is manufactured only after it is ordered; IdeaFusion does not hold physical stock and does not handle products directly before they reach the customer.

Because items are printed to order, small variations in color, print placement, or material shade between what is shown on screen and the finished product may occur, and are not considered defects.

Prices, Currency, and Taxes

IdeaFusion is not able to guarantee exact delivery dates, as fulfillment is carried out by a third party.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under EU consumer protection law, customers ordering from within the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason.

However, because IdeaFusion's products are manufactured specifically for each individual order (print-on-demand, personalized to the customer's order), they may fall under the exemption for custom-made or personalized goods set out in applicable EU consumer law (in Italy, Art. 59 of the Codice del Consumo). This means the standard right of withdrawal may not apply once production has started.

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us immediately at ideafusionofficialsite@gmail.com — if production has not yet begun, we will do our best to cancel and refund it. Once an item has entered production with Printful, it generally cannot be canceled or returned unless it is defective or damaged (see Section 6).

Returns, Refunds, and Faulty Items

Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns for reasons of personal preference (e.g. wrong size chosen, changed mind), except where required by law.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at ideafusionofficialsite@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, in line with Printful's manufacturing guarantee.
